The Barista welcomes all customers into the cafe. He creates and serves hot or cold beverages which are listed in the menu.
He must also know how to prepare short orders such as breakfast meals in order to assist the Cook in the kitchen area especially during peak hours.
He is also responsible for taking orders and servicing customers but payments are to be tendered to the cashier only.
He must also clean and sanitize the work areas, seating areas and equipment/tools.
