1. Responsible for taking orders of by-products from customers and prepares corresponding documents such us withdrawal slip and gate pass.
2. Checks and monitors by-products movements such as sales, inventories, sales discounts, variances, cash sales reconciliation, payables, receivables, etc.
3. Prepares the Daily Sales Summary.
4. Prepares Petty Cash Voucher and generates liquidation within 24 hours from the date of petty cash transactions.
5. Conducts daily cash count to determine cash short or cash over.
6. Remits Cash Sales daily with corresponding summary and voucher for expenses.
7. Responsible for withdrawal/selling of all wastes.
8. Responsible for the delivery of goods to customers.
9. Responsible in keeping existing customers and finding new customers.
10. Maintains a safe and clean environment.
