Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the activities of the distributors and seeing to it that the distributors comply with the requirements set by the company
- Developing strategic & tactical plans to augment distributors’ sales and direct hire sales personnel.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Must have at least 3 years selling experience specializing general trade accounts and other channel of distribution preferably selling processed meat products and fast moving consumer goods.
- Able to demonstrate innovation and good judgment; has sufficient problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies
- Works well under pressure, has professional conduct, and with good communication skills
- Honest and trustworthy
- Willing to work and travel within DAVAO Region
- Can start ASAP!!!
The chosen candidate will also have incentives on top of his monthly salary.
