Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goodsRespond & Resolve to customer inquiries and complaints regarding services, products or personnel
Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties
Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
Qualifications:
Degree holder in any business-related course
Preferably with supervisory experience for at least 2 years
With proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to train people
Must be excellent in leadership and presentation skills
