Job Overview
Oversee and ensure a smooth and efficient production operations – that the plant is achieving its targets and maintaining quality standards. Leads and supervises personnel in the plant: Machine Operators, Utilities Personnel, as well as all other workers assigned inside the plant compound during shift.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering:
- Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or equivalent
- With at least 3-5 years progressive experience in all facets of Production with direct product responsibility.
- Adept in handling people.
- Above average communication skills
- Able to work on a shifting schedule
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
