  • 1. Assists in the recruitment process
  • 2. Assist in providing competent staff
  • 3. Assists in providing adequate number of staff
  • 4. Conducts Exam and Aptitude testing
  • 5. Assists in coordinating staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
  • 6. Prepares Notice to Explain & Notice of Decision to erring employees
  • 7. Attendance monitoring of all employees
  • 8. Responsible in ensuring that Training is being conducted based on training plan and TEEs are available and updated
  • 9. Prepares and updates Training per Position and Training per person
  • 10. Responsible in keeping 201 file for all employees and ensure 100% compliance on employment checklist
  • 11. Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • 12. Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
  • 13. Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • 14. Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
  • 15. Assists in preparing Weekly Production Workers payroll
  • 16. Ensures that company Code of Conduct, policies & procedures are properly implemented
  • 17. Responsible in ensuring that all documents are in place
  • 18. Responsible in controlling all documents and records
  • 19. Maintains the controlled documents
  • 20. Controls the issuance of the copies of the manual
  • 21. In-charge of the distribution of new or modified documents
  • 22. In-charge of the retrieval of obsolete documents
  • 23. In-charge in registering new and modified documents
  • 24. In-charge of recordkeeping
  • 25. Ensures support and reference documents are accessible and easily retrievable where necessary
  • 26. Maintains a clean and safe environment
  • 27. Participates in the Safety, Health, Environment, and Labor (SHEL) programs and cooperates in the implementation of safety policies and practices
  • 28. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
