Responsibilities

  • Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, identify improvements for product, and produce complete proposals
  • Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
  • Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
  • Conduct Demo and Training Webinars with clients


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
