HR Manager Fulltime

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

• With At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Must be familiar and knowledgeable with different HR facets (Employee and Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Recruitment, Organization Development, etc).

• With outstanding leadership, interpersonal and people management skills

JOB BRIEF:

• Leads and directs HR team to deliver an excellent HR service to the business including managing the day to day HR Operations.

• Develops and administers programs, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.

• Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization.

• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource and state requirements; conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings.

• Oversees the Implementation of Policy & Procedures of new HR policies, procedures and processes.

• Performs duties as assigned.
