Job Description
- At Least 1 year of Supervisory or any leadership experience in the BPO Industry (SME, Mentor, QA, and Trainer)
- Knowledgeable with day-to-day operations of the BPO industry
- With excellent communication and should have skills both verbally and written
- Should be able to adapt to changes
- Should be very clear about the technical skills and related area
