Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides superior customer service and solutions in an efficient manner and timeframe exceeding customer expectations.
  • Offers appropriate sales options and recognizes cross sell opportunities to increase and enhance customer relationship.
  • Processes transactions: accurately records, updates actions and outcomes against customer records, accurately completes all customer follow – up work.
  • Maintains knowledge of products, services and promotions
  • Implements sales and marketing strategies of the campaign
  • Represents our clients to their customers by handling calls promptly, interacting with customers to determine their needs and provides consistent, high quality service and accurate information to the customers.
  • Participates in various reviews and meetings for enhancing knowledge on the products and services of the end customer
  • Attends periodic team and call center meetings, as well as trained sessions to develop skills and competencies
  • Participates in additional projects as asked/required

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be at least Senior High School level
  • With effective communication and comprehension skills
  • With at least 6 months of call center experience
