MIS BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or any relevant course
- At least 1 year work experience with any ERP software.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be well-organized, resourceful, attentive to details and able to adhere deadlines.
- Must be a team player and willing to work extended hours.
- Any programming skills will be advantage.
Job Description:
- Perform system support and pursue process/system improvements on the business aspect of the organization using JD Edwards Enterprise One ERP modules/process:
Financials- General Ledger, A/R, A/P, Fixed assets
Distribution- Inventory, Sales, Procurement
Manufacturing- Product Data Management, Shop Floor, Product Costing, Mfg. Accounting, Quality Management
- Perform the creation of new supplier and customer to JDE System
- Performs process design, testing, documents business requirements and procedures of functional areas and implements approved system changes and controls
- Develops training plans and programs to increase end users knowledge of business system applications.
- Provides helpdesk support to all external departments on computer-related (software) issues and concerns.
- Conducts JDE system orientation/training to new users.
- Practices and implements HACCP, GMP and 5S.
- Performs special task/projects that may be assigned from time to time as the need arises.
