Job Description


  •  Timekeeping - Facilitates accurate and timely semi-monthly payroll preparations and attendance monitoring
  • Conducts Local Recruitment Activities for filling up project manpower requirements per department
  • Ensures the practice and compliance of Company Policies and procedures
  • Adheres to all Administrative issues and concerns
  • Monitor and address Site issues and concerns
  • Ensure all progress and activities are reported to head of office

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree, preferably BS/AB Psychology, Behavioral Science/Management/Human Resources Management
  • Knowledgeable in Time Keeping and Human Resources Management practices
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years of HR Experience
  • Can start immediately
