Purchasing Officer/ Import Staff Fulltime

Job Qualification:

  • College Graduate with Degree in Business/Office Administration or any Business related course.
  • With at least 1 year experience in the same field.
  • Computer Literate
  • Knowledge in Peach Tree System
  • With skills in all aspects of Administrative work with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management.
  • Must have an excellent oral and written communication, people and analytical skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure.
  • 1 full time position available

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the completeness of specifications for items requested and timeliness of delivery of purchased products and services.
  • Ensures proper filing of PR’s, suppliers files, purchase orders and other purchasing related records
  • Conduct evaluation process for new suppliers
  • Conducts supplier’s accreditation form for accredited suppliers.
  • Conducts annual evaluation for suppliers
