Key Responsibilities:
- Recording of all Sales and Non-Sales transaction, 2307 and 2306 certificate
- Monitor employees advances and loan payment
- AR aging monthly report
- Month end adjusting entries
- Fixed asset lapsing schedule
- Bank Reconciliation – Deposits
- All other accounting related jobs needed for statutory financial statement preparation
- Training of new employees on Finance workflow process
Qualifications:
- BS Accountancy Graduate
- More or less 5 years experience as Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable / General Accountant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Accounting Software
