TOWNSHIP MANAGER
The successful candidate shall be responsible for planning programs and activities of the township administration. He/ she will formulate policies, systems, and procedures for effective and efficient township management. He/ she will overall monitor the implementation and effectiveness of policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have:
* A bachelor’s degree in Engineering and must be licensed; MBA is an advantage;
At least five (5) years work experience in property management, waterworks system, general services, technical services, and security administration;
Proficiency in using MS offices;
* Good oral and written communication skills;
* Good interpersonal skills and can relate to people from all levels;
* Willingness to work extended hours when necessary and Can work under pressure.
