Job Description:
• Reads and follows recipes
• Prepares ingredients to be used in baking as required by the recipe ensuring proper food safety handling.
• Baking of menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff
• Ensures all food and other ingredients are properly stored.
• Maintains high standards of food safety and personal hygiene
• Ensure that all baked products are consistently prepared and served in accordance with The Messy Kitchen’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Has relevant background and experience in baking
• Has certification in TESDA Baking NC II
• Open to Flexible Schedule (week end, holidays), and long working hours
• At least 1 Year experience
