Job Responsibilities:
•Gather contact information of prospects both inbound and outound including but not limited to the following: First Name, Last Name, Title, Lead Owner, Company Name, Company, Industry, Work Email, Work Mobile Number, Work Phone Number, LinkedIn Profile, Instagram Link, secondary email
•Perform online research using Google, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, company website, other lead generation online resources, etc.
•Collaborate with production, marketing and sales team members to work on tasks relevant to lead generation.
•Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and understanding to ensure that you can effectively communicate the product features, use cases, and benefits to the prospective customers.
Job Requirements:
•Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
•Must have excellent English communication skills in both speaking & writing
•At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Able to work both independently or as part of a the Marketing, Sales, Production or Research Teams
•Can work under pressure at a fast–paced environment with varying shifting schedules including nighttime if needed
•Multitask effectively and able to submit task on or before deadline
Required Core Skills
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) skills including but not limited to:
•Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
•Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
•Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
- Lead Generation for both inbound & outbound leads
- Data Mining & Database scrapping
- Prospecting and Nurturing Leads
- Cold Calling and Appointment Setting
- Experience in using CRM Tool
- Create manually and/or update database information in the system
- Above average skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Manager
Bonus Skills
•Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot or any related CRM tool
•Previous experience working at multimedia and book publishing companies is a huge plus
