Quikfun Corporation is a food manufacturing company.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Knows all HR functions and tasks.
  • Issue, Incident Reports, Notice to explain, and Disciplinary Actions to employees.
  • Monitor all key positions attendance, violations.
  • Updates Manpower Monthly
  • Prepares evaluation forms for employees.
  • Updates and secure 201 files.
  • Coordinates with agency coordinator for skilled workers monitoring.
  • Prepares payroll weekly.
  • Coordinates and reports with the main branch for any , issues, and other HR matters.
  • Interview, give examinations to walk-in or online shortlisted applicants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  25 to 35 years of age
  •  Preferably female
  • Single/married
  • With at least 1 year experience in the said field
  •  A graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or Bus. Administration
  • Willing to start ASAP
