Managerial Position
The successful candidate shall responsible for plans programs and activities of the township administration. Formulates policies, systems, and procedures for effective and efficient township management. And Overall monitoring of the implementation and effectiveness of policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must have:
*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Engineering; MBA is an advantage;
*Must be a licensed Engineer;
*At least 5-year work experience in property management, a waterworks system, general services, technical services, and security administration;
*Well versed in MS offices;
*Good oral and written communication skills;
*Can relate with people from all levels;
*Can work under pressure and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
