Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process documentation of transactions pertaining to sale of housing units
Organize, label, sort and categorize documents for ease of use
Assist in the preparation, filling and safekeeping of documents
Handle permits and compliances (BIR, ROD, LGUs)
Ensure proper coordination with other departments
Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Licensed driver (with own motorcycle)
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Multi-tasking ability
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good interpersonal skills
