Job Summary:


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an inside Sales Representative that focuses on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. SDRs don’t focus on closing business, but connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they’re good customer fits.


SDRs move leads through the sales pipeline. They connect and learn about their businesses and needs. If a prospect is a good fit, SDRs schedule the next steps with the Business Development team.


Responsibilities:


  • SDRs educate, answer questions, and send resources to potential customers
  • Contact every lead and determine who stays and who goes.
  • Connect with as many leads as possible.

  • Educate and qualify the leads they connect with.
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads.
  • Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales development representatives
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospects moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each meeting
