- Graduate of AB or BS Psychology
- Psychometrician License is not required but an advantage
- At least 1 year experience in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training, and Employee Relations
- Keen to Details and organized
- Can work under pressure
- Good in written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in MS Applications
