KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Understand product and project goals and requirements, and align with the product owner on the deliverables and timelines prior to any development work.
*Research, understand, and implement coding best practices to deliver high quality code, including security, privacy, and data protection.
*Designs, codes, tests, corrects and documents complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations using agreed standards and tools to achieve a well-engineered result.
*Create and maintain mobile/web applications.
*Keep abreast of the latest technologies for mobile/web appiications, and identify the plan for new features.
*Suggest and implement new mobile/web products, applications and protocols.
*Work closely with the team to constantly innovate app functionality, design and to achieve goals.
*Communicate with users to understand their needs and experiences.
*Create unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions.
*Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with project stakeholders, studying client systems flow and work processes, identifying and investigating problem areas.
*Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clean code.
*Breaks down technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
*Effectively and proactively reports status to Product Owner/Project Manager.
*Provide statuses and concerns to client stakeholders.
*Provides constructive feedback during project/technical retrospectives for improving internal company operations and processes.
*Effectively follows established client communication channels.
*Makes informed decisions quickly and takes ownership of technology choices, project pace, and direction.
QUALIFICATIONS
*At least 6 years of relevant experience in app development (iOS and Android), and has released multiple apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering , Information Technology or other related technical discipline.
*Knowledge in Blockchain technology, React Native, ReactJS, and GraphQL
*With working knowledge of Git and Fintech experience.
*Skilled in agile methodology.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
*Research and data driven.T
