Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides superior customer service and solutions in an efficient manner and timeframe exceeding customer expectations
- Offers appropriate sales options and recognizes cross sell opportunities to increase and enhance customer relationship
- Processes transactions: accurately records, updates actions and outcomes against customer records, accurately completes all customer follow – up work
- Maintains knowledge of products, services and promotions
- Implements sales and marketing strategies of the campaign
- Represents our clients to their customers by handling calls promptly, interacting with customers to determine their needs and provides consistent, high quality service and accurate information to the customers
- Participates in various reviews and meetings for enhancing knowledge on the products and services of the end customer
- Attends periodic team and call center meetings, as well as trained sessions to develop skills and competencies
- Participates in additional projects as asked/required
Qualifications: Candidate must be at least Senior High School level;
With effective communication and comprehension skills.
- With atleast 6 months of call center experience
