JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • At least with 1 year experience performing compensation and data analysis;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create calculations, charts and graphs;
  • Solid understanding of HR systems, job codes and salary tables;
  • Ability to work under pressure and regularly re-prioritize tasks;
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment;
  • Knowledge of compensation, wage structure and business administration;
  • Strong analytical and project management skills


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible in processing of payroll and financial benefits of employees;
  • Responsible in overseeing the maintenance of the payroll system;
  • Ensure accurate accounting of transactions for the preparation of internal and external reports;
  • Responsible in preparing Employment Contracts & Personnel Movement;
  • Provides analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metrics;
  • Provides data input to annual salary surveys/reports;
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
