o Coordinating interviews with the hiring department

o Following up on the interview process status

o Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

o Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

o Staying current on the company’s organization structure and personnel policy regarding employment practices

o Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

o Completing timely reports on employment activity

o Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
