Administrative Support Fulltime

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Support to perform a variety of administrative tasks and to provide support to our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of assigned administrative tasks and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision. Work would include data entry, customer service, email management, and mixed media marketing.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Above average experience with various online tools (office, google docs, sheets, etc.)
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role. 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work assignment 
  • Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills 
  • Solid organizational skills 
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Confidence in communicating directly with the client and customers. 
  • Ability to work unsupervised and work with complex procedures and guidelines 
  • Highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism. 
  • Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Marketing or similar. 
  • Team player 
  • Ability & willingness to learn new products and processes 



Responsibilities:

  • Manage various social media & marketing platforms, account set up, client data send. resends, opouts.
  • Analysis and report on results, and the success of existing projects. 
  • Perform market research 
  • Maintain spreadsheets and records 
  • Sort, Filter and maintain databases 
  • Support in day-to-day operations. 
  • Data entry and order/subscription processing. 
  • Other Ad Hoc Admin tasks 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
