  • With at least 3 - 4 yrs experience  in  food industry
  • With Background in packaging shelf life study of products
  • With food safety training certificate
  • Good in documenting
  • Can work well under pressure as they often have to work to tight deadlines
  • Good at problem-solving; good at planning and organising.
  • Has the ability to work independently
  • Good teamworking abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially with regard to food hygiene and safety
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  •  Must patient and persistent, as it can take months of trials to produce a new product or improve an existing one.
