HR & Admin Assistant Fulltime

at Barangay Assistance Network (BAN)- Region X

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling all facets of HR: recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations and training
  • Very good knowledge of the Philippine labor laws & employment regulations
  • Shows maturity and compassion for people
  • Must be creative, systematic, well-organized, highly analytical, very keen on details
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail
  • Be able to use databases, spreadsheets, word processing, etc.
