Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or behavioral science-related courses
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an equivalent position
Hands-on experience in all facets of HR: recruitment, payroll & benefits administration, employee relations, training, policy-making, etc., Employee Relations and Training & Development
Very good knowledge of the Philippine labor laws & employment regulations
Shows maturity and compassion for people
People oriented and results driven
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
