VIRTUAL ASSISTANT  

Virtual Assistants is responsible for providing online administrative support to ensure efficient handling of client's business and company’s projects. This is an office-based position.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  •  Proven with admin experience. 
  • Knowledge in social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices 
  • Good command of English both oral and written 
  • Has an eye for detail and keen on problem-solving 
  • Familiar with email and calendar software
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and Google spreadsheets 
  • Knows how to manage his/her time and prioritize 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills 
  • Can work a graveyard shift

Salary entry level from 400php – 500php per 8 hours, with the possibility of being offered higher rate based on previous experience.
