Major Function
Responsible for relieving the function of Mini-Extruck Salesman during the following; job vacancy, sick / vacation / bereavement / paternity leave.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Routine
a. Plans for next day’s activity.
b. Responsible in achieving Sales KRAs (Sell out, Productivity, Must-have distribution, New Product distribution, Market hygiene and Skewing)
c. Executes In-Call Execution (ICE) at all times, in all accounts.
d. Requests outlet representative to acknowledge receipt of stocks based on the Invoice.
e. Adheres to set Master Coverage Plan (MCP).
f. Receives Cash or payments from customer upon delivery of goods. No money orders, PDC, Checks and treasury warrants shall be accepted.
g. Utilizes usage of cash vaults in a daily basis.
h. Issues Distribution Sales Invoice to customer after receiving payment.
i. Withdraws Bad Orders (BO) from customers within allowable cap.
ii. Prepares Merchandise Return Slip (MRS) upon inventory of stocks.
i. Remits all sales and collection daily to Cashier upon arrival to the office.
j. Plans weekly schedule and submits stock requirements of the area to the Coordinator.
Qualifications:
College level or College graduate – any four (4) years business course
Minimum of six (6) months job related experience
Holder of valid driver’s license – with restricted code 123
Average communication and negotiation skills
With pleasing personality
Good in customer relations
Proactive, Innovative, Flexible, Team Player, Committed,
and Results and Customer Oriented
