Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or other business-related courses
At least 3 years’ experience as Sales Supervisor
Very good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity
Demonstrated and proven sales results, focused on customer service
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently without direct supervision
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts,scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
