Purchasing Supervisor Fulltime

at Barangay Assistance Network (BAN)- Region X

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Management or other business-related courses 
  • At least 3 years related experience in a supervisory capacity 
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) 
  • Excellent knowledge of competitive bidding statutes and purchasing procedures 
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing software an advantage 
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures 
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis
  • Excellent negotiation and verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills– excellent presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter and strategic thinker
