HR & Admin Assistant Fulltime

at Barangay Assistance Network (BAN)- Region X

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management 
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling all facets of HR: recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations and training 
  • Very good knowledge of the Philippine labor laws & employment regulations  
  • Shows maturity and compassion for people 
  • Must be creative, systematic, well- organized, highly analytical, very keen on details
  • Very good organizational and time-management skills
  • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to multi task and willing to work on extended time.
