JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. (Preferred: Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology)
- At least 3 - 5 Year of working experience in the related field of Human Resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word
- Should have working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
- Maintains an effective level of business literacy
- Can effectively translate HR process and procedures to Operations
- Understands daily operational grind
- Demonstrates an ability to work with confidential information
CORE FUNCTIONS - Serves as a Business Partner to Operations
- Responsible for using HR capabilities to support organizational goals.
- Develops and manages and HR agenda to support the company's business objective
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with respective business units
- Evaluates trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Provides recommendations for resolution of operations-related issues
- Provides HR policy guidelines and interpretation
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
