JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. (Preferred: Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology)
  • At least 3 - 5 Year of working experience in the related field of Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word
  • Should have working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
  • Maintains an effective level of business literacy
  • Can effectively translate HR process and procedures to Operations
  • Understands daily operational grind
  • Demonstrates an ability to work with confidential information


CORE FUNCTIONS 

  • Serves as a Business Partner to Operations
  • Responsible for using HR capabilities to support organizational goals.
  • Develops and manages and HR agenda to support the company's business objective


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with respective business units
  • Evaluates trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Provides recommendations for resolution of operations-related issues
  • Provides HR policy guidelines and interpretation
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
