JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervises overall  fleet maintenance activities.
  

• Evaluates technical reports(Vehicular accident/Engine troubles)

• Implements the scheduled PMS of all company vehicles and execute on time.

• Ensures productivity of direct reports.

• Monitors the daily dispatch and trips of route truck.

• Inventory of vehicle spare parts, tools and motorpool equipment.

• Ensures that the motorpool equipment are in good condition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Mechanical Engineering or any related to Automotive equivalent.

• With at least 2-3 years’ experience as Motorpool / Shop Supervisor is an advantage.

• With knowledge in Fleet Maintenance, Basic Trouble Shooting & Engine under chassis

• Knows how to drive and with at least Driver’s License Restriction Code 1, 2 but having a Restriction Code 2, 3 is an advantage
