Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or business-related courses; Master’s degree a plus factor
At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role in a distribution industry
Advanced knowledge in distribution management, CRM, warehouse management, materials handling, accounting and OSHA
Strong background and work experience in project or business unit management, purchasing, supplier relationship management, contract management, and strategy development
Must have a good people management skills
A good team player
Must have the ability to inspire and motivate others
