QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business related courses preferably with banking experience.
-Must have a pleasing personality.
-Must have a passion in banking.
-Must have a good moral and written communication skills.
-Knowledgeable in computer and MS application.
-Willing to be assign at any branches of Binhi Rural Bank Inc.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
-Processing costumer deposits, withdrawal, and payments.
-Accepting cash from costumers.
-Following bank procedures when performing transactions.
-controlling and monitoring the levels of cash in the teller drawer and following of all check cashing and cash handling procedure.
-Dealing g tactfully and efficiently with demanding costumers.
-Adhering to all bank security, audit and compliance requirements.
-Reporting aby suspicious customer activity to the bank manager.
-Addressing customer by name with a smile and direct with eye contact.
-Accurately receiving, counting and distributing cash.
-Assisting with bank branch audits.
-writing reports and correspondence on matters related to costumer accounts.
-Making small talk with costumers while they are being served.
