JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. (Preferred: Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology)
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience related in the field of Human Resources
  • Demonstrates a solid knowledge of employment law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word

CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Strengthens the employer - employee relationship through identifying and resolving workplace issues, measuring employee satisfaction and morale.
  • Provides support and input to the company's performance management system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enforces the Disciplinary Action process
  • Receives Incident Reports, validates and identifies corresponding sanction
  • Prepares necessary documents such as Notice to Explain, notice of Resolution, Notice of Administrative Hearing, Resolution of Appeal
  • Receives all ER-related documents and files them on their respective folders
  • Processes snail mail of documents especially for inactive employees
  • Prepares memoranda/contracts
  • Updates Trackers
  • Prepares and Submits Reports
  • Presides an administrative hearing and prepares the report/evaluation
