Law Degree Holder/Juris Doctor, Philippine Bar Exam passer
At least 3 years of experience as a corporate counsel with proven background on corporate law (contracts management, taxation and accounting, securities law, licensing, zoning laws, labor relations).
Strong and in-depth theoretical knowledge of Philippine law, such as civil law, company law, intellectual property (having in depth knowledge of finance and/or technology is essential)
Excellent legal drafting and writing skills; strong communication and negotiation skills
With experience handling government regulatory compliance (SEC, BIR, PEZA, etc.), corporate housekeeping, corporate secretarial work, mergers & acquisitions, transactional law, and related practices
