Conducts physio- chemical analysis of raw materials, sub-materials, in- process products, packaging materials and finished products according to the established quality plan.
Conducts microbiological analysis for products, environment and other items as stated in the quality plan.
Performs verification and validation activities to ensure quality and food safety management systems are implemented as planned at the same time provide objective data for checking the effectiveness of the system.
Maintains, at all times, integrity of QA records and data following Good Laboratory practices and maintaining in good repair and updating calibration of laboratory equipment and measuring apparatus.
Ensure continuity of laboratory services by conducting inventory of laboratory materials and consumables and preparing enough supply of chemical reagents, standard solutions and working standards needed for analysis.
Responsible in generating accurate data needed for the release decision of raw materials, sub- materials, packaging materials, product containers and finished products
Maintains material acceptance reports, in- process monitoring records and product release products.
Maintains QA monitoring database for management review and evaluation.
Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the laboratory.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Food Technology
Preferably specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or its equivalent.
Must have an excellent oral and written communication, people and analytical skills.
Must be flexible, dynamic and willing to be trained.
