We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and engaging English Speaking Telesales. The new addition to the team will make outbound calls to generate sales on Cloud-Based IT applications.
You will be responsible for connecting with key decision-makers, in SMB businesses. Such as IT Manager, HR Manager, CEO’s, and the like, introducing our solution. Due to growth, this exciting opportunity has become available and we have a large customer base that we need contacting.
The most important element of your profile is your motivation, communication skills, and very good command in English.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Previous call center experience – Preferably over 2 years
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication skill in English
- You also need to have a good LinkedIn profile well maintained.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Account Management experience
- Business Development experienced desirable, but not essential
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making qualifying contacts to customers
- Creating relations and gathering customers needs
- Cold Calling potential Outbound leads when required
- Running online demonstrations to educate prospects and clients on software
- Closing Inbound and Outbound Sales
- Upselling to an existing client base
- Preparing and providing accurate, timely customer quotes
- Emailing prospects in English
- Reporting on performance
- Forecasting performance
- Thinking outside of the box to generate new business
- Creating video tutorials that will attract new business
