HUMAN RESOURCE STAFF
The Human Resource Staff will be assigned in the main office. He/She will assist in the recruitment and selection process from the generation of the pool of applicants to the completion of the 201 files; monitoring personnel needs, and other relevant administrative and HR tasks that will be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Male/ Female, B.S. Psychology Graduate or equivalent.
• With at least 1 year working experience in the HR Dept. and must be familiar with the different facets in Human Resource Development (CompBen, Recruitment, Payroll,etc.)
• Highly organized and has good judgment.
• Can work in a fast paced dynamic environment and with less supervision.
• With no derogatory records or pending criminal and civil cases.
