REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Veterinary Medicine and/or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Major in Animal Science or Animal Husbandry/ Agriculture
- With at least 1 year related work experience in any poultry industry and facility in a similar capacity
- Have superior analytical & leadership skills and coupled with good interpersonal / communication skills
- Good in written communication & Communicates well
- Computer Literate
- Knows how to drive & with valid drivers license
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibility and Accountability of the Farm Stocks, Assets and Personnel.
- Oversee all farm activities, sample weighing, grading, vaccination, selection, culling.
- Oversee general flock health and biosecurity of the farm.
- Make adjustments for GBD.
- Make manpower assignments and division of work labor.
- Oversee the major repairs in the building.
- Oversee maintenance of farm equipments and vehicles.
- Implementation of Farm Biosecurity and overall cleanliness.
