Job Description: 

• Market Ford Products and Services; entertain clients’ queries about Ford products and services 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitors the arrival of vehicle units and ensures that the Bill of Lading is fax to Sulpicio Lines
  
• Requests schedule for PDI (DCRC), Stencil and Receiving Report (Vehicle Sales Dispatcher) 
• Receives stencils and Receiving Report for encoding 
• Monitors the Certified Stock Report of available units.  
• Ensures that the necessary documents are complete upon the release of the unit (Terms of Payment and Credit Advice) 
• Prepares the release slip and furnish copies for the P&A Department and Dispatch to determine the freebies of the vehicle.  
• Secures the Sales Invoice from the Accounting Department, attached are the VSP and Form 2 (and Credit Advice if necessary) 
• Prepares the Gate Pass and Vehicle Delivery Receipt 
• Ensures that the unit is fully paid before releasing

Job Specifications/Qualifications: 

• 
  A graduate of any four-year business-related course preferably major in Finance 
• With at least two years of relevant work experience
  
• With good communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
  
• Willing to learn, dedicated and disciplined
  
• Organized and systematic
  

Experience: 

• 
  Sales Consultant: 1 year (Preferred)
