LIMKETKAI LUXE HOTEL IS LOOKING FOR A SHIFT ENGINEER
PURPOSE OR SCOPE OF THE POSITION:
Assists department head in managing budget, capital expenditures, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Accountable for maintaining the building and grounds with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Assigns tracks and follows up on status of work assigned to staff and contractors. Helps to increase guest and associate satisfaction through effective communications and training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor graduate of Electrical Engineering
• Registered Electrical Engineer
• Proven expertise as an electrical engineer for at least 1-2 years
• Exceptional knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering
• Hands-on experience using design and calculation software
• Proficient in design and calculation software is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pays strict attention to detail
• Ability to manage employees, while multi-tasking large projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
