Job Summary: 

Sell the maximum quantity of company products at the desired model mix that meets or exceed sales target for the given sales period.  Maintain/ improve in the dealer sales organization through consistent sales performance( i.e, quality-wise as measured by SSI, and quantity- wise as measured by sales productivity and completion of required training courses) that leads to progression in one\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s accreditation level.

Duties and Responsibilities

I.  Selling

  • 1. Obtain the maximum quantity of quality leads and sales prospects for the sales period through;

    a. Dealer- initiated Sales and Marketing Activities

    b. HARI - initiated Sales and Marketing Actvities 

    c. Biddings (Private and Government)

    d. Contacts (Official and Personal) and affiliations (Professional, Religious, Social, etc.)

    e. Referrals

    f. Other sources

  • 2. Efficiently convert the leads into actual retail sales  for the dealership in accordance with professional and ethical selling standards, thereby attaining maximum sales volume that exceeds set targets per model for the sales period.
  • 3. Facilitate the timely delivery/handover of the unit
  • 4. Establish long term relationship with the customer through post-delivery activities.
  • 5. Resolve all impediments that hinder sales. Facilitate seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • 6. Participate in special selling activities and programs

II.  Administrative

  •   1. Attend meetings
  •   2. Accomplish and submit necessary paperwork
  •   3. Update the leads and customer database regularly

III. Learning and Career Development

  •    1. Successfully complete required training and conferences
  •    2. Update one's self on current events and developments

IV. Market Intelligence

V. Others

  • 1. Maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times
  • 2. Perform other related activities and responsibilities that may be assigned  by the Sales Supervisors, GSM, Branch Head, Principals from time to time.

Job Requirement

- candidate must be a graduate of any four (4) - year course.

- preferably with at least one (1) year sales experience in any field. Automotive sales experience is an advantage.

- excellent oral and written communication skills

- possess good sales numerical ability

- good negotiation and persuasion skills

- with driving skills is a plus
