Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in any business-related course.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in as Admin Assistant or similar functions.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Good communications skills and highly organized.
Can work with minimum supervision
Detailed oriented person
Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City.
Job Descriptions:
Required to perform HR duties within the branch including the release of memos, pay slips, monitoring that staff are doing their jobs properly (as instructed by HR-Main).
Approve leaves, absences and serve out necessary suspensions (if required) to employees providing it doesn’t disrupt the work flow
Ensure that the Office building is properly maintained, and reporting back to Main Office for any concerns on maintenance and improper employee behaviour
Submitting of weekly/monthly reports and updating status of branch to Main Office.
Minor accounting functions.
Must coordinate with the other administrators, especially regarding the behaviour of the employee under them and report to Main Office
Perform other tasks assigned by management as required
