Qualifications
At least two-year automotive course or more
At least one year experience in automotive dealership or any industry related
Must have knowledge in repair and servicing of vehicle within Ford standard
Basic knowledge in quality care process
Can read, speak and understand English language
knows how to use repair and training manuals
Must have good skill to adjust and prioritize things in times of pressures and with relatively good in personal interaction.
