Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Able to repair Ford vehicle and other units within Ford standard 
  • observe environmental and safety standard 
  • customer satisfaction and quality care oriented 
  • do repair and servicing to any vehicles that is on time, first time and in a professional manner; observe repair order process
  • follow and observe operational standards and procedures and company policies
  • maximized productivity performance 
  • exemplify good working relation with co-employees and help achieve department service over all business objectives as follow: service sales target and customer view point rate
  • repair and servicing of different kind of units inside and outside the workshop area

Qualifications

  • At least two-year automotive course or more
  • At least one year experience in automotive dealership or any industry related 
  • Must have knowledge in repair and servicing of vehicle within Ford standard
  • Basic knowledge in quality care process
  • Can read, speak and understand English language 
  • knows how to use repair and training manuals
  • Must have good skill to adjust and prioritize things in times of pressures and with relatively good in personal interaction.
  • A good listener and a good follower; good in analytical skill as a vital component in diagnosing
